Please advise: Date, time, total numbers, needs and estimated budget.

We will: Forward suggestions giving details of costs in New Zealand dollars and make tentative reservations. Confirmation in writing will be made after all details have been agreed upon.

Remember: Please advise us of any special requirements (eg. access needs, celebrations, dietary requirements).

Deposits: A non-refundable deposit must be paid before function date. The deposit will be 10% of the total estimated function cost.

Payment: Due 20th of the month following invoice. Company vouchers will be accepted for billing purposes, otherwise is due on date of function unless otherwise arranged.

Minimum Numbers: A minimum number of 30 pax is required to open the venue in the evening or for smaller groups a minimum charge applies.

Change of Numbers: For billing purposes, numbers quoted for functions and tours will be taken as confirmed as at 14 days prior to date of arrival. All meals will be charged according to final update of numbers and no later than 48 hours prior to function.

Menus: All menus are plus GST unless otherwise stated.

Group Tours: Special rates are available for groups booking wine cave tours.

Children: Tours are complimentary for children (12 and under) and children's dishes are available.

Cancellations: A cancellation fee (50% of booking) applies to group functions cancelled or rescheduled within 14 days of confirmed date of arrival. A cancellation fee (100% of booking) applies to group wine cave tours and/or lunches cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours of confirmed date of arrival.

THE WINERY IS OPEN 7 DAYS A WEEK, EXCEPT FOR MOST PUBLIC HOLIDAYS.

Due to circumstances beyond our control Gibbston Valley Wines Ltd reserves the right to cancel or change times as deemed necessary and clients will be advised accordingly.

All prices quoted are firm until 30 September 2009.
