The Gibbston Valley Winery Restaurant located in the wine growing region of Central Otago, is renowned as one of the finest dining experiences in the region.  Mark Sage, our Executive Chef for over a decade, focuses on fresh local produce with a Mediterranean flair to create an exquisite menu that is designed to perfectly complement our fabulous Central Otago wines.

Dine al fresco in our sun-drenched courtyard over summer, or enjoy the warm ambiance inside during winter.  Either way, the ample portions, inspired cuisine with suggested wine matches and superb service combine to give you a perfect New Zealand wine and food experience.

The vineyard restaurant is open for lunch from 12 noon to 3pm, Wednesday to Sunday.
